I would like to inform you that the constitution has finally been established in our country and that this brings good and bad news which I will inform you in this letter.
Among the good news we will have a strong central government, which will be able to efficiently manage the government throughout the territory, centralizing the economy and an army that will be stronger and better equipped. However, the states, and this is the part that may be disadvantageous for us, had to commit to positioning itself in submission to this central government, that is, we will maintain this type of government, paying the taxes that it stipulates, following the laws that this stipulates, having representation as it stipulates and having the economy regulated by it.
Its like a tyrannical system, but it is a rich man that we run to develop the country. In addition, most states will commit to this system, which does not allow foreign funds.
