Matter is neither created or destroyed during photosynthesis. With regards to the law of conservation of matter, the mass of the items framed is equivalent to the mass of the reactant.

Neither. photosynthesis demonstrates the law of conservation of matter which states that atoms cannot be created not destroyed; the matter atoms can only be rearranged into new molecules and ions. photosynthesis is aided by enzymes, special proteins, which can either break chemical bonds, or form bonds in molecules.
