What you need to do is find confide to another person. Don’t worry it can be scary to tell people about the things that you kept so hard to yourself but believe me it’s the best to talk it out to somebody. Find a person who you can share your thoughts too and make a connection to have trust into that other person. I suggest you focus more on your feelings. Try not to have intrusive thoughts that comes up in your mind to prevent yourself from actually doing it.
If you are referring to self-harm, I would recommend finding an emotional therapist, talking to a school councilor, talking to your parents/siblings/close friends, or talking to a trusted adult. If you don't want to do any of these things, there are websites that you can use to talk to a specialist and get a little help.
