Meter is a unit of rhythm in poetry, the pattern of the beats. It is also called a foot. Each foot has a certain number of syllables in it, usually two or three syllables. The difference in types of meter is which syllables are accented and which are not. Smiling frog as examples of meter in poetry. Example: Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? (iambic pentameter) Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary, (trochaic octameter)

Explain the quote- "The oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown."
Flauer [41]

Answer:

Not 100% sure but here are my thoughts...

Explanation:

Fear of the unknown leaves people feeling vulnerable. There is really no way to plan and prepare for the unknown. No date and time of when and where an event could happen. People are forced to just let it occur. They have no control and that can scare people especially as they are subjected to this event without any sort of prior knowledge or warning.
