</span>In this case (because of the 2 words), I think that the victor is the person who wins the competition while the word enter, or the phrase to enter, is probably meant as in to enter the competition. The question wasn't entirely clear but I hope I have sort of answered it. :)
If the sentence is “Hope her shoe’s at school”
Then it could mean the speaker hopes that the female’s shoe is at school, or the speaker could be talking to Hope and be telling Hope that the female’s shoe is at school
I personally always include:
Why You want the job
Skill lists. You never want to be a one trick pony.
Bloat about your knowledge to the job to which you're applying.
Your educational accomplishments.
And include little about yourself,( not too much bcz, the employer really wont care. they just want someone ready to do the job.)
