It is very true that change is the only constant thing in life. I have experienced change in my own life. Two instances of such include;

1. I used to be a timid and shy person who had stage fright. Today, I am more outspoken. This change happened because I consciously worked on my speaking abilities.

2. I dreaded mathematics during high school. I am now good at Math because I devoted time to study to become better at it.
