Chnge in to passive

English
1 answer:
creativ13 [48]3 years ago

Answer:

A passive voice construction is a grammatical voice construction that is found in many languages. In a clause with passive voice, the grammatical subject expresses the theme or patient of the main verb – that is, the person or thing that undergoes the action or has its state changed. This contrasts with active voice, in which the subject has the agent role. For example, in the passive sentence "The tree was pulled down", the subject denotes the patient rather than the agent of the action. In contrast, the sentences "Someone pulled down the tree" and "The tree is down" are active sentences.

In her poem “In a Queen’s Domain,” what does Piatt seem to be inferring about the world in these lines"
GarryVolchara [31]

Answer:

In her poem, "In a Queen's Domain", Piatt seems to be inferring that the world is not always perfect.

“And my subject, the dove, coos on, / Though my hand creep close to her nest.” tries to show that the world is made up of both the good and the bad people. The dove signifies the people that have a pure heart even though they are surrounded by people that seek to hurt them. The hand creeping close to the nest signifies the people that try to take advantage of the pure heart of the doves.

Piatt is depicted as imperfect and human because she conveys her realist views about nature and society. She does not seem interested in adhering to the romanticization of nature and women.

What is the main idea of the section “Finding the right artist”
Maslowich

Answer:

Once you've decided on your idea or general direction, you'll need to find a tattooist that can bring your concept (or maybe just a blank location on your body) to a tattooed reality. So it's a good idea to research as many artists as you can, and always check for a few things:

Describe ms Sullivan'a teaching methods in 200 words
USPshnik [31]

Miss Sullivan did not believe in formal class-room teaching. She introduced the play-way method into her teaching making Helen study outdoors. She made Helen actually feel the nature and its creations. She explained Helen all about earth, poles, mountains, valleys, and drifts in such a way that she could actually understand and feel the things around her.

This manner of teaching helped Helen to learn things faster. It became much easier for her to imagine, understand and remember things.

Miss Sullivans had taken Helen by the hand across the fields where men were preparing the earth for the seed, to the banks of the Tennessee River. Sitting on the warm grass, she began the first lessons for Helen in the beneficence of nature. Helen learned how the sun and rain make the ground give life to trees that are not only pleasant to the sight but also good for food, how birds build their nest and thrive from land to land. Also, how every creature finds food and shelter. As Helen's knowledge of these things grew, she felt more and more the delight of the world she lived in. Long before she learned to do a sum in arithmetic or describe the shape of the earth, Miss Sullivan had taught her to find the beauty in the fragrant woods, in every blade of grass and in the curves and dimples of her baby sister's hand. She linked her earliest thoughts with nature and made her attuned to the beauty that abounds in the world.
