the executive branch has the power of carrying out and enforcing laws. it includes the president ice president, the cabinet, executive departments, independent agencies, and other boards, commissions, and committees

the judicial branch has the power of the court system, the court reviews laws. the courts explain laws. the court decides if a law is against the constitution.
