How did the U.S. Constitution address a weakness of the Articles of Confederation?
jeyben [28]

B.) The Constitution gave more power to the federal government than the Articles of Confederation did.

Under the Articles, the federal government had power to declare war, make alliances, and a few other duties.  The main power lied in the states' hands.  The Constitution made the federal government have more power.  It also created 3 branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) rather than only one (legislative).

Hope this helps.

What were the consequences when pseudo scientific ideas of race became intergral to government policies and legislation in the 1
seropon [69]

Answer:

These ideas about race were pided into two main theories, scientific racism and social Darwinism. Scientific racism developed when Social Scientists, who studied human behaviour in different social contexts, believed that the same system used by Natural Scientists to classify animals and plants according particular characteristics could be used to classify and categorise human beings as well.
