It was flat, so a rectangle. If you say it’s just flat, that may not be correct. Earth was believed to be ENCLOSED in a rectangle. Being flat was one of its attributes.

Which is the first step in building a solar system from a solar nebula
Soloha48 [4]

Answer:An explosion disturbs the gas and dust in the nebula.

Explanation: Scientists believe that the solar system was formed when a cloud of gas and dust in space was disturbed, maybe by the explosion of a nearby star (called a supernova). This explosion made waves in space which squeezed the cloud of gas and dust. Squeezing made the cloud start to collapse, as gravity pulled the gas and dust together, forming a solar nebula . Just like a dancer that spins faster as she pulls in her arms, the cloud began to spin as it collapsed. Eventually, the cloud grew hotter and denser in the center, with a disk of gas and dust surrounding it that was hot in the center but cool at the edges. As the disk got thinner and thinner, particles began to stick together and form clumps. Some clumps got bigger, as particles and small clumps stuck to them, eventually forming planets or moons . Near the center of the cloud, where planets like Earth formed, only rocky material could stand the great heat. Icy matter settled in the outer regions of the disk along with rocky material, where the giant planets like Jupiter formed. As the cloud continued to fall in, the center eventually got so hot that it became a star, the Sun, and blew most of the gas and dust of the new solar system with a strong stellar wind. By studying meteorites , which are thought to be left over from this early phase of the solar system, scientists have found that the solar system is about 4,600 million years old!

Pepsin functions best in acidic environments and is often found in an acidic environment, particularly those with a pH of 1.5 to 2".

"Trypsins have an optimal operating pH of about 8".

It seems that the highest level of activity for the two if they were in the same environment would have to be midway between their optimum range - about pH 5

While studying a newly discovered prokaryotic organism, you notice that it uses binary fission to multiply. Based on your knowle
Alex17521 [72]

Answer:

Binary fission is different from mitosis and meiosis because it occur in prokaryotic cells. And prokaryotic cells does not have nucleus like the eukaryotic cells and there is not mitotic spindle formation during binary fission compared to mitosis and meiosis.

Explanation:

Binary fission is a process of cell division where a single cells divide into two or more parts and the parts regenerate into another organisms which resembles the parent organisms. This occur only in prokaryotic cells and is very different from mitosis and meiosis that occur in eukaryotic cells because prokaryotic cells lack nucleus and no spindle formation in the nucleus.

Mitosis occur in eukaryotic cells because they have nucleus and membrane bound organelles and is the process where a parent cell divide to produce two daughter cells that are genetically identical to the parent cell and each cell having the same number of chromosomes of the parent cell.

Meiosis is a type of cell division that occur in eukaryotic cells and it occur in sex cells where a single cell divide into four daughter cells with each having half number of parent cell chromosomes.
