Svetllana [295]

Answer:

well about 41 million

Explanation:

Some Democratic presidential candidates leaned on their Spanish language skills during the first Democratic primary debate on Wednesday.

The debate, which aired on NBC and MSNBC, was also broadcast on Telemundo platforms, making it the first Spanish-language channel to host a Democratic presidential debate. About 41 million U.S. residents speak Spanish at home, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

O’Rourke, who represented a border district and speaks fluent Spanish, kicked things off early in the debate, breaking out in Spanish in answer to the first question addressed to him about the top individual tax rates.

Wich statement summarizes the effects of the works progress administration
Nana76 [90]

The WPA created jobs for the unemployed.

The Works Progress Administration was established in 1935, under the Franklin D. Roosevelt administration.

The WPA did employ artists and musicians and actors and such, but the WPA was only for American citizens, as the country worked to fight its way out of the Great Depression.

People weren't paid to remain unemployed. Rather, the government created projects for which they hired persons to do work.

WPA projects included some building of roads, bridges and other public projects, but the national interstate highway system was something done later in US history, under the Eisenhower administration.
