At first sight Wild Turkey by John Audubon transmits more information because of its details, colors and because it is a literal painting. However, Brancusi’s Bird in Space is a sculpture that represents the speed and movement of birds, which gives also information although it is not literal. It can have many interpretations.

To complete this exercise, you have to answer the question after deciding which piece of art is more effective in transmitting information about a bird. At the end, the answer is personal because both pieces of art can give different information because it can be interpreted differently.
