What are some of the things that make Macbeth a terrible king? Why do you think some people are still loyal to him and have stay
Wittaler [7]

Answer:

Macbeth's act of murdering Duncan, Banquo, and trying to kill Banquo's son make him a terrible king.

Some people remained loyal to Macbeth because they knew that after Duncan, Macbeth would be the next king, and they do not want to be disfavored in the eyes their king.

Explanation:

"Macbeth" is a tragic play penned by William Shakespeare.

Shakespeare has characterized the character of Macbeth which is driven by ambition and lust for power. In his pursuit of his ambition of becoming the King of Scotland, he make his sinister plans come real, by murdering King Duncan, to steal his throne. When the guards witnessed murder, he killed them too. And, when Macbeth became suspicious of Banquo he killed him as well. He actions of murdering and coveting the throne of Scotland made him a terrible king.

In the play, some people remained loyal to Macbeth, even after knowing his sinister actions such as Seyton. They remained loyal to Macbeth because they knew that he will be the next to be enthroned on Scotland's throne, and if they would become disloyal to him, their lives would also be in danger. They feared, that if, Macbeth can kill his dear friend Banquo for throne, than their lives can also be in danger if they would be disloyal to him.

How many lines does characteristic writing need?
Mice21 [21]

Generally the paragraphs have between 4 and 7 lines and the texts have between 5 and 6 paragraphs.

How many lines are needed to write a text?

To write a text there is not a certain number of lines, the number of lines depends on the deepening that the author wants to do about the text and the ideas that he wants to express.

However, there are some minimum rules for the length of the texts that we can take into account once we are going to write a text. For example, paragraphs should be between 4 and 7 lines in order to include all the necessary information.

On the other hand, the texts must have between 5 and 6 paragraphs at least, one of which must be introductory and the final paragraph must be to conclude.

According to the above, the lines necessary to write a text are not determined by a fixed rule but by the depth that the author wants to give his text.

"It's not easy to...," Myra started to explain.
Is this sentence correct or incorrect
Grace [21]

Answer: I think it's incorrect, because they put a comma at the end of her sentence. It had a '...' already there, so why put the comma? Just what I think. I'm not entirely sure, though.

What did we learn about the character Curley in chapter 2 and why is it important to the story (Of mice and men)? Explain
Yuri [45]

Answer:

He is described as “a thin young man with a brown face, with brown eyes and a head of tightly curled hair” which is why he is called Curley. Curley is described as dressing in a somewhat aristocratic way, as if to separate himself from the lowly ranch hands. The glove is to keep his hand soft for his wife. Curley is the boss's son, and because his father only appears once, Curley is the main representative in the novella of the land-owning class. When this revenge plan fails and he loses face, Curley picks a fight with the vulnerable Lennie to reassert his status.
