Hard drives could be of different capacity. The difference between an internal and external hard drive, lies in the fact that internal hard drives are located inside a computer. An external hard drive on the other hand aren't located inside a computer and provides a portable external storage option which is safe, convenient and easy to use.

Also, an author will, after or before dialogue, add an adjective to what they're saying. For example: "I've been there before" Victor, said casually. Or: Ashley yelled "Well you should have known!" punctuation is also a key element in conveying a character well.
