I would recommend either spoon, which is a downloadable app and you can talk to random strangers. There is also a website called "Omegle .com" which you can text, talk, or video call someone random. How Omegle works is you just say one thing you really like, then it'll pair you up with someone who also put that thing. there is also literally a thing called "talkwithstranger .com"
