Perceive
To perceive is the ability to experience art-- to be able to sense the visual expression presented in the work. This is the key goal of artists and the purpose of the art. Artists use their imagination and skill to convey feelings, creativity and innovation, and to teach people. The beholder of the art should be able to "perceive" to communicate with the artist through the masterpiece.
