The constitution grants every American freedoms for the right of speech,right to press, right to bear arms etc. the prohibition era although it may of seemed effective at the time was more or less a failure to protect the freedom we grant every American. The right to free speech can hurt people, free press can hurt people, just like alcohol can. My point is we cannot control people all we can do is control the outcome.
