If you had to pick a specific food that was high in potential energy to include in your diet, which food would you pick and
torisob [31]

Answer:

I would choose a food source that has a significant level of carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins. E.g. bananas.

Explanation:

Food is one of the most important ways to increase our energy. It may be very common to feel lethargic throughout the day when one's diet is not appropriate or balanced.

According to nutriologists, bananas are one of the best foods that boost our energy. Bananas contain carbohydrates, [natural] sugar, minerals, and amino acids. Incorporating this fruit into your diet can be extremely helpful, especially if you practice sports. In fact, recent research showed that consuming bananas before and after exercising helps you maintain your body with high levels of energy throughout the day and, therefore, helps you to have a better performance.

ValentinkaMS [17]

Answer:

It would become the same as another of starch component similar glycogen. Amylose as you mentioned have 1-4 bonds but glycogen have 1-6 bonds. Glycogen is more branched and this makes it less soluble in water. also it is used as a storage medium only and it is not easily digested. Just the level of complexity would have increased. solubility would have lessened
