Explanation:

Remote sensing is the process of gathering information about the earth without actually coming into contact with the features on ground. Remotely sensed data are obtained by means of orbiting satellites that are moving round the earth.

  • Geographic information systems is a broad category that describes the process of gathering, storing, analyzing and presenting geographical data.
  • A remote sensing unit and GPS device are components of the GIS framework.
  • Also, there is a software where the data gathered by a GPS and remote sensing units are interpreted for use.
  • So, GPS and remote sensing are subunits of GIS.

What forms when two convergent oceanic-continental plates interact?<br> pls help this is timed
Daniel [21]

Answer:

Explanation:

As with oceanic-continental convergence, when two oceanic plates converge, one is usually subducted under the other, and in the process a trench is formed. The Marianas Trench (paralleling the Mariana Islands), for example, marks where the fast-moving Pacific Plate converges against the slower moving Philippine Plate.
