Explanation: when you don’t shower skin becomes super oily and smelly because of the excess dirt and bacteria, your hair will also be greasy and filled with dandruff. When you don’t brush your teeth millions of bacteria attack the gums and especially the tongue leaving a foul smell if not cleaned. Sleeping makes you tired which makes your body over exert and makes you look really bad forming bags under your eyes and makes you very fatigued. Not cleaning off sweat will make you smell and it will cover your pores and can cause irritation to the skin which can form lumps and cause acne really bad acne.
