How is Frost’s presentation of the subject different than Williams’s?

Frost's presentation of the subject (in the excerpt from "After Apple Picking") is different than William's (in "The Corn Harvest") in that Williams speaks as an observer of situations. Frost, on the contrary, speaks as a participant.

Frost's presentation of the subject has an active role as a participant. However, William's presentation is different since he appears as an observer. He's outside the situations that occur.  

In addition, what both poems have in common is the need for rest after long work.
