The purpose of Construction management is to control a project's time / delivery, cost and quality—sometimes referred to as a project management triangle or "triple constraints." CM is compatible with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk and Public Private Partnerships.

When you decide to work with a construction manager, one of the reasons why you do so is because of the expertise they bring to the project. Effective construction managers have a high degree of expertise with the entire process of bringing a construction project to completion. Before going further, let’s define what we mean by expertise. What we mean is that in order to be effective, a construction manager must have a high degree of familiarity with each aspect of a construction project.

DochEvi [55]

Answer: B) word choices which reveal the speaker's bias about television.

Newton Minow was the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, the agency responsible for regulating the use of public airwaves under President John Kennedy. He gave this statement on May 9, 1961.

It is likely that the speaker had some bias towards television, based on the words he used in his statement. By referring to television as a vast wasteland, we can infer that he did not think television is a medium that provides quality content for consumers.
