They could be officially classified as "foreigners" taking American jobs.

Explanation:

The reason behind these horrible raids was because Mexican immigrants were supposedly taking resources and jobs that should have gone to white americans who were affected by the great depression.

Over 1 million mexican americans were sent to mexico. some volunteered but most were tricked and were to old or had diseases to stop it.

On March 24, 1765, the British Parliament passed the Quartering Act, one of a series of measures primarily aimed at raising revenue from the British colonies in America. The act did require colonial governments to provide and pay for feeding and sheltering any troops stationed in their colony. The 1774 Quartering Act was disliked by the colonists, as it was clearly an infringement upon local authority. Yet opposition to the Quartering Act was mainly a part of opposition to the Intolerable Acts.
