Russia is a country surrounded by many seas but some of it will freeze like the White Sea and Berring Sea. In Russia there are three waters that are able to give Russia access to the world market at any time of the year namely Vladivostok facing the Pacific, St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad faced the Baltic Sea, and Kriema faced the Black Sea. For now the most important port for Russia is Vladivostok, Mutmansk facing the Barents Sea and several ports in the Black Sea such as Novorossiysk and Sevastopol, besides that Russia still has several other warm water ports for military bases such as Petropavlovsk.

To be able to run a business of cultivation, Russia needs access to a warm sea or never freezes so that the goods produced can flow out.
