This part of The Odyssey is actually Achilles who is replying Odysseus's declaration. Odysseys basically said that Achilles <em>"must be lording it over the dead in all his power"</em>. To which he instantly replies, leading with: <em>""No winning words about death to me, shining Odysseus!"</em>
