Green certification is one of the most desired symbols in all restaurants in our country. This is because this certification promotes the restaurant's credibility and allows customers to trust that all environmental requirements are being met at the establishment, which promotes safe and contaminant-free food.

In order to obtain green certification, the restaurant needs to promote certain requirements such as, having efficiency in the supply of quality water, presenting a waste reduction, having a waste recycling system, Presenting sustainable, durable and clean structures and equipment; present also sustainable food, use clean and less polluting forms of energy, promote the appropriate disposal of materials, promote activities with little environmental impact and have transparent and educated employees.

These requirements will be assessed by a responsible body, which will provide or deny certification to the restaurant.
