Tju [1.3M]

Answer and Explanation:

1. cold hard land, full of savages, and death

2. The words shown above and written in "Of Plymouth Plantation" convey a feeling of difficulties and trials, which well reflects the life of the first English pilgrims in North America. With just those words, we can see that agriculture and food was difficult, which caused many deaths, in addition, we can see that the pilgrims were constantly afraid of the natives, who they saw as savages. This gives the reader a feeling of anguish, difficulty and trial.

3. Bradford's purpose was to show how difficult it was to settle on the American continent, but that the pilgrims were persistent and even in the midst of anguish, fear and suffering, endeavored to make this land their new home.

ioda

Answer:

We do all of this?

Explanation:

"Ms. Adams, I am writing this letter to you after reading your essay, “On the Equality of the Sexes” to share my opinions with you. This is not a letter to condemn you of your views, but to much rather to have a civil conversation with you. As I mentioned in my article for the Pennsylvania Gazette, where I listed the “Rules and Maxims for Promoting Matrimonial Happiness”, I do believe that women are very capable and willing to accept advice and practice it. You shared a similar view that women are capable of critical thinking by having intellectual thoughts. I do agree with this view, but I must disagree with your later statements regarding women’s education. A woman mustn't prioritize other things over her role in the household.
