Explanation:

Upadtes made on systems, account, systems and applications aren't only prompted whenever there is a security breach on such system, in the cases of apllications or programs, the addition of new features and bug fixes may prompt an update from the developer. However, in the case of legacy system whereby client wishes to update details event hough there have been no security breach, regular updates makes it more difficult for the account to be breached. Hence, this may be viewed as a precautionary step to reduce account vulnerability to any form of security breach.
