Well, from the paragraph we can tell that Becca has asthma. In the text it states, "Tara is busy making sure that Becca has her asthma inhaler." When one has asthma, he/she needs an inhaler to bring back normal breathing when they are wheezing or short of breath. Since Becca has an asthma inhaler, we can assume she has asthma
