Explanation: The 1st image is uses multiple principles. it uses perspective, color theory and color scale, and it uses the thirds technique.

Whereas the second image is jumbled together and desn't really flow too well. everything's focused in the center and doesn't highlight or focus on one single thing. the colors clash and it's very confusing and hard to look at.
