OK so this is agreeable but worded to where some might not understand Basically it's very important because with out it our houses would be free game to people and that isn't what we want. It's protected so that if we haven't done anything suspicious we shouldn't need to be searched. It would be understandable if there were many complaints to be asked but it wouldn't be necessary to let them in with out proper authorization.
supremacy clause in the united states constitution states that all laws made furthering the constitution and all treaties made under the authority if the united states are "supreme law of the land"
