The advice that I could give to my friend is that he or she should at least engage in good mood boost. In which this is one way of boosting up the perception of an individual in regards to the world in a way of helping others in order to feel a sense of goodness and a way of having their emotions to be fueled up in a positive way. He or she should engage in activities in helping others, start to smile more and reach out to others.
