What is an inverted sentence? (5 points)
inessss [21]
An inverted sentence is a sentence with a reversed order. Opposite to the normal subject-predicate order, an inverted sentence takes the form of having the predicate (verb) first, before the subject (noun).  For example, the normal sentence would be: A black cat ran into the kitchen. An inverted sentence would be: Into the kitchen, ran a black cat.
