The environment can enhance executive function.

Further Explanation:

Bilingual infants have control over their languages to whatever they listen to. Executive functions help in enables the plan, focused attention and multitasking. Whenever any children have the opportunity in developing the executive function it has lifelong benefits on the individual as well as society. The skills help in the learning and development of the child. This also enables positive behavior. Further, this also allows in making healthy choices for the families. It depends on three types of functions of the brain.

  1. Working memory.
  2. Mental flexibility.
  3. Self-Control.

Working memory helps in retaining and manipulating the information over a short time. Mental flexibility: It sustains to different demands in different roles. Self-Control: It sets of priorities and impulsive responses.

Children are not born with the skills so we need to develop them by giving them an adequate environment. If the child does not get what he needs he may get exposed to toxic stress. Then their development will be delayed. It also disturbs the brain architecture.

It demonstrates that <span>Environment can enhance the executive function.
Infants who grow up experiencing two different languages are much more likely to become fluent in those two languages rather than the people who learn the second language after they grew up. This happen because those who learnt it through the environment has more chance to applicate the language directly compared to those who learn it in their adults.

with examples show how Pan-African movement compares with the present movement of regional cooperation and Integration in Africa
igor_vitrenko [27]

Pan-Africanism is the name given to an ideology that believes that the union of people from all countries of the African continent in the fight against racial prejudice and social problems is an alternative to try to solve them.

A notable feature of regional integration in Africa can be seen through the participation of African states in various regional trade agreements. Currently, of the 54 countries, 27 are members of two regional organizations, 18 belong to three, one country participates in four entities. To close the account, seven countries maintained participation in only one block.

It should be noted that in the search for unity and for the collective development strategy, some nations have been establishing a series of external partnerships, which the continent has endeavored to face collectively.
