Here are notes on some do's(that is to be done) and don'ts(that is to be done) when someone writes a report write a short summar

DO's
Include activities and achievements that accurred during the reporting period
Show the impact on the lives of project participants
Be as specific as possible
Include photos and stories that enhance the narrative
DON'Ts
Don't write about activities without explaining their results and impacts
Don't use vague words that leave the reader with questions
Don't forget the relevant information that shows successes and challenges of the project​
