However, the idea to make it public was to invite the members of our community to participate to get more money for the social cause we wanted to support.
We could have done in the school premises with our families, but that would have limited the scope of the event.
So through synergy, we talk to many non-governmental groups and social groups of our community, and we united forces to talk to officials and get the authorization.
Once we had the OK, we split responsibilities and allow each group to do what they needed to do based on its experience and people's skills.
