Explanation:

The argument on equal education persuaded the Supreme Court to overturn Plessy V. Ferguson case which allowed racial segregation was legal in society. Homer Plessy case was taken in the U.S. Supreme Court where it was approved the segregation throughout the South. This policy allows the segregation of African Americans possible by keeping them away from White Americans.

The Brown v. Board of Education decision denied the concept of separate but equal. The issue began when nine African American students enrolled in Little Rock Central High School. Their admission at a school was a test of Brown v. Board of Education that declared segregation in schools as illegal.
