Answer:

We can say they liked his ideas, as Thomas Jefferson included some of them in the Declaration of Independence. His ideas influenced the ideas of Enlightenment, but also the ideas of Founding Fathers.

Explanation:

When Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence he used the ideas of John Locke. The idea of life and liberty were among those ideas that Jefferson included in the final text. That is one of the main reasons why we can say that John Locke's ideas were definitely liked by American leaders.

What was the status of christianity in the roman empire during the first three centuries A.D.?
luda_lava [24]
The early Roman empire saw Christianity as a sort of cult that was potentially dangerous. Christians practice the idea of only one God and therefore did not participate in certain pagan practices such as the Caesar worship which the Romans viewed as disloyalty to their rulers thus the persecutions against  Christians began. At the end of the first century Christianity severed all ties with Judaism and established itself as an independent religion.

Was the United States justified in the dropping of the atomic bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki?
satela [25.4K]

Answer:

I believe that the United States was and wasn't justified to drop the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki

Explanation:

It was justified because Japan realized a surprise attack at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, after two hours of bombing, 18 U.S. ships were sunk or damaged, 188 U.S. aircraft were destroyed, and 2,403 people were killed, all of this happened while the U.S. and Japan were officially engaging in diplomatic negotiations for possible peace in Asia.

It wasn't justified because the two bombings killed between 129,000 and 226,000 people.

The film is called Selma and not Dr King why do you think filmmarkers choose this name
arlik [135]
Filmmakers most likely chose this name because it was about the Selma to Montgomery marches that Dr. King participated in. The name is Selma and not Dr. King because it is a story told over a three month period where Dr. King and many others planned the Selma marches.

I hope this helped you! Feel free to add more ideas to it!

How did renaissance contribute to the age of exploration?
Ivenika [448]

Renaissance means "rebirth". After the fall of the Roman Empire in 476 AD, all of Europe was plunged into the Dark Ages, a time when education and intelligence was lost, and people sought solace in the idea that anything that they couldn't explain, like the solar system, was simply the work of God.

It was during the Renaissance that science and intellectual thinking finally started to make a comeback.

So, the answer is B.
