For a wind farm to be effective it needs to be in a place where there
is a wind speed of at least 4.5 m/s or greater, ideally in a location that has a
near constant flow of non-turbulent wind throughout the year with the least likelihood
of sudden powerful bursts of wind. The location should also has an access to electric
power transmission.
Some countries trash rivers which sometimes can end in the ocean because they are connected.
