A free enterprise system is an economic system where a government places very few restrictions on the types of business activities or ownership in which citizens participate. This type of system is often referred to by others as a free market, or capitalism.
Aristocrats wanted to retain their power and wealth by taxing the people and the philosophers wanted to establish democracies that would give more power and wealth to the people. Basically the condition of the life of the people was so bad compared to the decadence of the aristocrats that revolution was inevitable.
If a quota is set in the workplace and it is not met many different things may happen. Some employers may dock pay. Others may fire employees. Sometimes there may be no penalty at all.
