Answer:

Well, if you ask a person from said religion they will tell you that their religion is true. However, the best way would be to go to the source. If you pray to the Almighty with a true and sincere desire to find the truth you will find it.

Explanation:

I know this because a while back, I had the same question and had no formal religious upbringing. However, I had heard that if you pray with true intent you can find the right answer. I followed this guidance and found the truth.
