Explanation:

The new deal put thousands of able-bodied men to work for the government, created social security, divided food stamps, amoung other things. Many dams built during the new deal are still operational and producing energy today. We still have many social programs like social security and food stamps that were created by FDR.

This deal helped out the unemployed, the poor and helped the recovery of the economy along with other things like farmers and the elderly.
