In fact the answer to that would be A. 186 square units.
lets divide the polygon into sections.
the longer rectangle at the bottom has a length of 24 by adding all the numbers
It also has a side width of 5, so 24x5=120. 
Onto section 2, you can see the smaller rectangle on top has a length of 11
and width of 5, so 11x6=66. so in total 66+120=186. and that is the square units of this polygon
