extinction rate is .01-.1% current predictions estimated that 8.7 million species exist on earth how many species would go extin
Bas_tet [7]

The experts calculate that between 0.01 and 0.1% of all species will become extinct each year.

Extinction is the termination of a sort of organism or of a gaggle of types (taxon), usually a species. the instant of extinction is mostly thought of to be the death of the last individual of the species, though the capacity to breed and recover may are lost before this point. as a result of a species' potential range may be terribly large, determinative this moment is difficult and is usually done retrospectively. This problem results in phenomena such as Lazarus taxa, wherever a species plausible extinct dead "reappears" (typically in the fossil record) once an amount of apparent absence.

More than 99% of all species that ever lived on Earth, amounting to over 5 billion species, are calculable to own died out. Notable extinct animal species include non-avian dinosaurs, saber-toothed cats, dodos, mammoths, ground sloths, thylacines, trilobites, and golden toads.

Discuss the approach of high-pressure compressed gas as a method of hydrogen storage
Goryan [66]

Explanation:

Hydrogen is used as fuel in automotives . It yields very high energy on combustion. It has great energy density by weight but poor energy density by volume. This is because Hydrogen is a very light gas, approx. 11 times lighter than normal air. Hence it would require large volume of container to store it at normal atmospheric pressure conditions. That is why it is compressed using external energy to increase its density and decrease the volume needed for storage . So it becomes portable.

Only problem in this approach is that it utilities about 20% energy of the Hydrogen's energy potential to compress it . But this method proves cost effective as it reduces the overall weight of the container and also gives space to vehicles .
