2. Students are required to have field experience for certain courses that they are assigned for. A request form must be filled out for the Practicum Placement Coordinator to process any request for the school district that was chosen. Your hours must be completed.
3. Students are required to complete a The Clinical Field Experience Verification Form must be completed by students to agree that there hours are being completed at that location and which they were chosen for.
