These aspects are what makes us different from others and created a whole new society, as food can influence the way people eat and their religious practices. Cooking as a family or with friends and loved ones brings us together because we are able to share our culture and heritage through food and give each other nourishment. Food is also a great vehicle for sharing culture with people from different backgrounds. Also Immigrants bring the food of their countries with them wherever they go and cooking traditional food is a way of preserving their culture when they move to new places.Foods and nutrition may also be affected by culture, with respect to different beliefs within the culture. Religion plays one of the most influential roles in the choices and subsequent selection of foods consumed in certain societies. Asian’s and a lot of different ethnicities use Rice, it is a common grain that people use since back in the day until now it is a very popular food dish that also brings people together and there are a lot more dishes that are very popular that different ethnicities also use. There are a lot of different types of food dishes that different types of people eat and bring people together they can also lift your mood while cooking as well.So in the end this is how food can be an important cultural connection that brings people together.
