The Four Pillars Of Democracy are essential guidelines which help to administer the country by the method in which the democracy works. The Four Pillars are Impartiality, Representation, Liberty, and Justice. Each pillar plays an essential part in making the country democratic. In the democratic country, the citizens elect representatives to represent them in any federal meetings.
This is an example of negative reinforcement.
Her mother scolded her every time Jane bit her nails - so Jane learned that every time she bites her nails, she is going to be scolded sternly by her mother. In order to avoid that, she stopped biting her nails, and thus the reinforcement was successful.
US government has a limited power because it cannot do certain things, and specifically it is not allowed to breach certain individual freedoms: so it can be said that the motivation for a limited government is to protect individual freedoms.
