Roman55 [17]

One of the key engagements of the UN attack during the Korean War was the Battle of Pyongyang (17–19 October 1950). After the Battle of Inchon, the UN troops retook Seoul, the South Korean capital, and moved on to North Korea.

What is 1950 UN troops?

Generally, On June 27, 1950, the UN Security Council adopted Resolution (UNSCR) 83, which deemed North Korean actions a breach of the peace and urged UN members to aid South Korea in fending off the attack and reestablishing peace on the Korean Peninsula.

On June 25, 1950, North Korea invaded South Korea, and MacArthur was chosen to lead the U.S.-led U.N. force sent to assist the South.

North Korean forces had been driven back across the 38th parallel by the end of October after he orchestrated a risky but incredibly successful landing at Inchon in September.

In conclusion, During the Korean War, one of the most important engagements of the United Nations' advance was the Battle of Pyongyang, which took place from October 17-19, 1950.

After winning the Battle of Inchon, the United Nations troops went on to retake Seoul, which is the capital of South Korea, and then continued their march into North Korea.

So my Question is... Pick 2 of the characteristics of a civilization below and explain how historians and archaeologists think t
Fudgin [204]

Answer and Explanation:

Archaeologists and historians believed that human beings ceased to be nomads and began to settle in permanent homes after the agricultural revolution. This made human beings realize that it would be better to live in one place and plant their own food, than to hunt. This proved to be very useful for the civilization that was beginning to establish itself, however, in order to practice productive agriculture it was important to establish the division of labor, where each member of the community would be responsible for a certain function that would work in harmony with the other members.

This division of labor promoted rapid agricultural production, allowing the food produced to feed the community and be left over, promoting a surplus of food. This generated the first steps of the trade and a somewhat rudimentary economy, but very efficient to follow the human evolution over the years.

NARA [144]
