Is this the correct use for 'de' or should it contract to 'du' for both sentences?

The first sentence is correct but there’s a mistake is the second. you use the “vous” when you say “allez” but you switch to the “tu” when you say “tu es” and you can’t do that. if you want to use the “vous” (more formal) you should have said: Allez tout droit jusqu’à ce que vous soyez à côté de l’école.
