People inherently trust what they hear and see from mass media.  So when a company makes claims in a commercial, people tend to believe what it says. It would be better if consumers are more critical of what they are told and collect more info on a product they want to buy. Product info should be available and accessible to consumers but some companies try to hide. That makes it unethical.
